Meet Your Hosts:
Director of Coffee
Jake Leonti is a writer and Cafe Guru working in New York City as the Director of Coffee at Gregorys Coffee. He has worked in the food + beverage industry for over 20 years. Sharing knowledge with baristas and young coffee pros is a passion of Jakes while sourcing green and roasting continue to be a large part of his work. Mr. Leonti is the former Editor-in-Chief of CoffeeTalk Magazine a member of the Roasters Guild, an SCA Certified Pro barista and a Gelato Master.

Commercial Director
Guto is a Brazilian native with experience working through the entire supply chain from the farm up over the last three decades. Mr. Rizntal currenly resides in McKinney Texas where NuSelect's US headquarters is based.
NuCoffee is a vertically integrated Brazilian platform created to bring farmers to the front and provide access to the US market.
